ALL VISITS to the Autoimmune Institute are currently being conducted remotely by Telemedicine through our HIPAA compliant and encrypted software. We cannot use Facetime, Zoom or other social media platforms as they are not encrypted and leave you at risk to reveal personal health information..

Covid-19 Updates
TResults of blood studies, biopsies, etc. are reviewed daily and you will be notified as quickly as possible by email or phone either by our Nurse Practitioner Vanessa Bell or Dr. Franks if anything urgent is identified. However, discussion of your results may otherwise be delayed until the Pandemic is contained. You should schedule a follow-up Telemedicine visit for detailed discussion of results.
